PORT JEFFERSON, NY – A teen driver stuck a lucky landing after accidentally driving off a pier in New York, new video shows.
Surveillance video out of Port Jefferson on Long Island shows the young driver crash through a guardrail after apparently accelerating too hard.
The 17-year-old landed on a floating dock below, avoiding the water.
The teen escaped with minor injuries and heavy-duty tow trucks later hoisted the SUV back to the parking lot, officials said.
